Many thanks to those who participated in our recent Membership Shows in Florida and Michigan! A special thanks goes to member Bob Gangwish along with his NMRA region and the Suncoast Model RR club of Largo, FL who co-hosted the St. Petersburg, Florida event. Also thanks to new member David Sweers of Lake City, FL who participated by bringing a nicely modeled 1/87 scale race car diorama.

At the Grand Rapids, Michigan event we'd like to thank member Al Garrison who came all the way from Winchester, VA and wore his club T-shirt! He also provided a special introduction to a new 1-87th scale model vehicle company that will be announced on the this web site soon! Also thanks to our hosts, the Grand Rapids Model Railroad Historical Society. We can't forget, Lionel Strang, pictured above, of Model Railroader magazine who received his special award for promoting our Club!

On display at each of these events was a display board with photos from the Photo Galleries that represents the club. Those who contribute to the Photo Gallery are getting great exposure to the general public at these events. The 2004 Membership drive is shaping-up into a very interesting one.
