2000 Chicago Hobby Show Report - Classic Metal Works

It's hard to believe that Classic Metal Works arrived on the scene just one year ago and set our hobby on its collective ear! They're back again this year with new models and additional colors on previously released models.

These are the new colors for the 1955 Chevrolet convertible (coral and  yellow-green) and the 1970 Chevelle (black/white and silver metallic blue/white).

The new 1953 White 3000 tractor in green.

The White 3000 straight truck with "Wonder Bread" van body.

The 1958 Chevrolet Impala in silver metallic blue with white top.

The 1961 Chevrolet Impala as police car; somebody mentioned "Barney Fife-mobile"!

New colors on the 1948 Ford Woody and 1953 Victoria.

New colors on the 1948 Ford pickup and 1948 Ford convertible; we missed one of the convertibles in an additional color. It's hard to get good help these days!

The 1941 Plymouths in new colors; dark blue and mustard.

The 1957 Chrysler 300C; if there was another color at the show we missed it. It will definitely be available in two colors.

Another shot of the Wonder Bread truck! I just liked this one a bunch! There is an additional White 3000 model available with a tank body.

The White 3000 with dump body.
