This excellent modeling of a set of Ford tractors and implements en-route to a dealer is the handiwork of the 1/87 Vehicle & Equipment Club president, Dan Goins. Dan displayed this rig at the National Model Railroad Association's 1997 national convention in Madison, WI. Dan started with a Herpa Kenworth T600A, modified the front axle to accept steerable wheels, added several Plano Model etched metal parts, detailed the Trucks 'N Stuff 48' spread axle flatbed trailer with an set of A-Line's landing gear, and kitbashed the Ford tractors from a pair of European Deutz prototype tractor models from Preiser (item #17920). The implements are from a Kibri kit.
