This model of a Sperry Rail Service track inspection truck was built by Doug Phillips. The truck body is a Custom Finishing kit on an Atlas Ford Louisville truck cab and chassis. Plano mirrors were added and Boley wheels substituted for the Atlas originals. Photo by Ken Goslett
