This kind of truck is pictured in many variations in books about trucks of the sixties. The wonderful Hank's Web Site also offers a lot of prototype pictures of similar Michigan "Centipedes!" The Lindberg Ford CLT-9000 cab was placed on a Promotex COE chassis and painted after original Ford factory color scheme. The basis for the trailers is Kibri's big offset mould with a modified front panel. The trailer chassis were built from Evergreen styrene strips.
