The 1959 Edsel Ranger and 1959 Ford Custom 300 were modeled by David Johnson from home cast resin kits by Superba (Joe Fay). Joe said the master from the Edsel was created combining three models and scratchbuilding. The rolled down windows were cut to shape from 0.002" (50 micron) polyester film and the edges were highlighted with silver paint. The color is Durex Gold, custom mixed from Model Master Acryl and airbrushed.
