Here's another of Christophe Culis' terrific DJL dump truck models. This time a Ford Aeromax dump truck. Christophe used the long wheelbase model offered by Promotex and made the dump body from scratch using Evergreen styrene. Since it is supposed to represent a fleet truck, he kept it basic; no chrome on the grille, black fuel tanks, and the traditional spoke wheels. Christophe actually made two of these for DJL Construction (he saw the actual rig at one of DJL’s asphalt plants in Montreal). Decals are from Ricks Decals.
