This is a Mack DMM685S dump truck from Ralph Ratcliffe.
It is completely scratchbuilt. Ralph used his own resin cast cab and
frame, with modifications, and a fabricated ABS dump body. This is modeled
after a prototype that he spotted in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
