Thomas Lange found the photo for the prototype of this HazMat transport in the book "World's Greatest Working Trucks, California Edition. The original trucks work for an environmental company in a black and yellow color scheme. The base of Thomas' trailer comes from two combined chassis of the Herpa/Promotex elliptical tank trailer. The new tanks are taken from the Roco military program. The Freightliner FLD120 is Italeri with the "normal" modifications: new chassis, new wheels, repainted, and shows the standard version of this truck without fancy flaps and spoilers.
