Ford F-850 Grain Truck - By Paul Becker

This is the first contribution from Paul Becker. We thought the best description would be from Paul himself:

"Paul Becker, I'm 29 years old and live in Minnesota. I heard about your website from a coworker and fellow modeler. I've been building model train kits for many years and have been kitbashing, detailing and painting models for well over 15 years now. I just completed [this Ford] F-850 grain truck and my friend thought I should submit some photos to your website. The trucks are straight out of the box. I've weathered them, added grain loads and license plates, cut up the mud flaps too. The weathering was done with chalk powders. I made the license plates on my computer and printed them on my printer on plain paper and then glued them on. The loads are built up plaster that I've topped with a product that I've found that looks a lot like grain that is glued on top of the plaster load."

And very nicely done!
