R. Watts kitbashed this Conrail Hi-Railer truck from an Atlas/Masterpiece step van. He started with an undecorated kit and followed an article done by Matt Snell in Rail Model Journal a couple years back. He used N scale wheels held together by a plastic tube for the hi-rail portion.
