Mooring Barge - By David Fugere

David Fugere built this mooring barge starting with a balsa wood block for a core and styrene wrap to represent a steel hull. Tha cabin is sheet and strip styrene. Ths boom and mast are angle and tube styrene with steel fishing leader used to represent guy wires. The cable is EZ-Line, sometimes used to represent telephone cable. The outboard was carved from balsa wood painted to represent an early 1930s design.
