Barry Benoit built this truck mounted log loader from a Herpa chassis. He added a Ralph Ratcliffe Mack DM600 resin cab. The Cat 315 had its bucket removed and a Herpa grapple added. These units are used in the northeast United States as they can travel over the road from one loading area to another with out having to be hauled on a lowboy trailer.
