Barcelona modeler Francesc Climent built this Dodge Charger (center above) converted to NYPD specifications. Starting with the Ricko model (far right, above), he first painted it all white and applied the NYPD decals that he made on his own with decal paper and computer. He also replaced the lightbar using a Busch part. Also shown in Photo Gallery 381.
