This International Loadstar tow truck built by Bill Flottmann for his friend Bill Wehmeier is the result of a prototype truck tha tBill photographed. He built the model using a Walthers resin cab, Model Power shortened (from 2 axle to 1 axle) tow truck bed, and an Athearn modified frame and tow rigging.
