An observant Canadian National crew noticed broken door seals and tool marks on a CSX container bound for the USA. The car in the center is a Model Power Ford Crown Victoria with homemade lightbars, spotlights, and antennas. It is joined by a CSX police River Point Station Ford Expedition (left) and Model Power NYSP interceptor (right).
