This is the complete rig that we showed you the mower from in our Photo Gallery 42. Todd built the mower and trailer from scratch and the dump truck is a modified Trident Chevrolet pickup. Both the truck and utility trailer are decorated for Todd's Effingham Public Works Department. Displayed at the club's 2001 Midwest Meet in Chicago in September, 2001.
