Cal Radtke built this Rock Island Hy-Rail MOW truck using an Atlas Ford LNT-9000 truck with a scratchbuilt crew compartment built from an Athearn Freightliner cab and a C-in- C soft casting truck bed with a Herpa crane. The truck frame is from an Athearn F-850 grain truck and the Hy-Rail wheels came from a Kibri kit.
