WWII Tiger II Tank - By Rick Hoskinson

Rick Hoskinson modified a Herpa Tiger ll military tank kit with turret weld definition using auto glazing putty, armour texture from Mr. Surfacer 500 and 1000, turret lift rings from brass rod, fan and radiator covers from etched brass screen, vane sight on turret top from .004" brass rod, and tow cables from fine twisted electrical wire. Rick painted the hard edge camo pattern masked with silly putty, ambush pattern applied with airbrush and spray mask from a Post-It note. Weathering includes muddy tracks using latex matte media applied with dry pigments, dry brushing, pastel chalks, dry pigments, and art pencils. The decals are from TL decals and figures from Preiser.
