Erik Block tells us the Yuma (Arizona) has nice police cars. These models include a River Point Station Ford Expedition and a Chevrolet Caprice from Busch, both with decals made by DecalPrint in Germany. The crashed Jeep is a repainted Roco. The locomotive is a (fictitious) Yuma & Gila Alco unit, a Proto 2000 locomotive model.
