Here are more photos of Hartmut Peters' Porsche race car transporter, an Opel Blitz, produced from 1960-1965 in many variations we featured previously in Photo Gallery 659. The prototype truck was powered by a six cylinder from the Opel Kapitän truck. Hartmut built his model using photos of the prototype from Targa Florio 1965 (bottom photo) and Hockenheim 1966. The renntransporter model is based on a Brekina Opel Blitz.
