Jeff Barros transformed a Boley International 7600 model that was originally a CDF Fire Crew truck into a "Special Response Unit" vehicle. The original model was completely modified and updated with a host of detail parts from various manufacturers. Most of the decals used are from Microscale and some were custom made. The cab and body were refitted to correct some minor alignment issues and to improve the truck's overall appearance. This model was first displayed at the 2010 East Coast Meet and since then additional changes were made. The roof of the truck body was replaced with a painted, scratchbuilt panel. Slam locks were affixed to all of the side compartment doors and a pole-mount utility light was added to the rear of the unit.
