This WWII German Mercedes Benz L6500 truck and three axle trailer model built by Rick Hoskinson represents a pre-1938 version of the Deutsche Reichsbahn heavy transport. It was conscripted into the Wehrmacht as indicated by the WH located on the left front fender. A Wiking Mercedes Benz 10000 cab and front end was spliced to the rear frame and bed of a Wiking Krupp Titan model. Wheels and tires came from Herpa. The trailer also came from the Krupp model. Scratchbuilt details include exhaust system, clearance markers, lollipop mirror, license plates, and tail light housings. Added details are MV Products lenses, Details West fuel filler, and a frame hitch from Roco. Paint is Model Masters, license plate decals are from TL, and the DRG decals came from eBay.
