Bill Badger used a Jordan Mack AC hi-lift coal truck to build this late AC coal truck. The last run of Jordan kits included a one piece hood casting, headlights, a front bumper and open cab doors. The hi-lift mechanism was lowered to level and a Sheepscot body replaced the smaller box that came with the kit. Bill says there are more bubbles in the coal body casting than in a bottle of Coke, but they only show in close up photography. Wheels are an old Ivers Engineering set and the windshield, rear view mirror and coal chutes and rack are homemade.
