The 2002 East Coast Meet will be held Sunday
August 18, 2002, in Providence Rhode Island. We are excited to bring
our club show to the Providence area and hope all you folks on the East
Coast will make plans to attend. The facts:

10:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M.
The Casino is a historical building used for public and private functions. It is
a five minute drive off Interstate 95 and offers plenty parking and
additional family attractions.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
From Interstate 95 South in Rhode Island:
-Route 95 South through Downtown Providence
-Take Exit 17 [ELMWOOD AVENUE]
-At the bottom of the exit ramp, take a left turn onto Elmwood Avenue,
and get in the right lane
-In 1/10 of a mile there is a jughandle on the right to enter the
cement columns which are the driveway into Roger Williams Park which
is on the opposite side of the street.
-Enter the park and follow the single direction driveway to the right.
The Casino is straight ahead, just beyond the first intersection.
From Interstate 95 North in Rhode Island:
-Take Exit 16 [CRANSTON]
-Stay to the right on the exit ramp.
-At the bottom of the ramp, take a left turn onto Elmwood Avenue
-In 2/10 of a mile, there will be a driveway between two brick columns
on the right to enter Roger Williams Park
-Take the first right into the Casino Parking Lot
Of general interest in Roger Williams Park is a world renowned Zoo,
Botanical Gardens, and the Providence Police Department Mounted Command
Stables (depending on group and time, they may or may not be able to
gain
access and see the horses).
