Richard Olson built this 1960 Ford crew cab short bed 4x4 pickup. This started as a pair of Classic Metal Works 2wd long bed pickups; combining the cabs and interior, shortening one bed and lengthening the chassis which also got new axle (Evergreen tube), transfer case and drivelines completed the basic transformation (bottom photo). Tires are from a Busch Dodge Power Wagon on modified CMW wheels. Paint is Rustoleum St. Tropez green, which was then sanded and weathered with various chalk powder and rust paint for the popular patina look. Stock CMW grille and mirrors and a new diamond plate rear bumper complete the truck.
