These models are of two dump trucks John DaPos remembers as a kid from the local construction company near where he grew up. The International (above left) is made from a Classic Metal Works die-cast cab and the Mack B61 is made with an Athearn plastic cab. The dump bodies were made by shortening the bodies of Con-Cor dump trucks and the cab shields are from Lindberg dump trucks. Chassis and wheels are made from several spares. Decals were homemade. Details and weathering were done to finalize.
